1. About Us
This website is owned and operated by Christi Anna Lomas, an independent British designer specialising in bespoke womenswear.
2. Made-to-Order Products
All garments are made to order. This means that once your order is placed and payment is received, we begin creating your item specifically for you.
Each garment is individually crafted in the UK using carefully sourced materials. As a result:
- Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
- Because items are bespoke, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.
We highly recommend ordering a fabric swatch prior to purchase to ensure you’re happy with the material.
Sizing & Measurements – We will discuss sizing requirements with you upon your initial enquiry. If you have previously worn your required style(s) and these still fit well we would recommend ordering the same size. If you are unsure or can’t see the measurements on our online guide please let us know and we will provide a measurement chart and step by step instructions of how to measure, we can also arrange a FaceTime appointment with you if you prefer to chat with us.
We offer adjustments to length and sleeve length (included with our made to order service) we are also able to add additional measurement to the waist, hips, bicep and bust area (as long as the existing pattern allows for this alteration without distorting the style) this alteration is usually subject to an additional charge.
We also offer an extended Bespoke studio/toile fitting service for our coats/Jackets/waistcoats. If you are in-between sizes this service can be very useful (price upon application according to specific requirements in accordance with the technical possibilities of the design).
We are happy to provide replacement buttons (Please ask for details).

From time to time we offer a sample sale, these items are sold as seen (either from our website or Instagram page), no refunds will be available on any sample sale items, so please only order if you are completely happy with the size, product and fabric used on these pieces. Sample Sale items are usually despatched within 7 Days of placing your order.
3. Payment Terms
All orders are processed on a pro forma invoice basis. Payment must be made in full before any work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be detailed in your invoice or at checkout.
4. Pricing
Our pricing for our standard made to order pieces is always shown as a price guide, lower to upper end costing.
Costings are calculated dependent on the style chosen and fabric choice. A detailed quote is given once an enquiry is sent through to us.
5. Delivery & Lead Times
Made to Order turnaround time is usually 4 – 5 weeks to allow for fabric ordering and crafting of your pieces.
Limited Edition pieces would usually have a turnaround time of 2 – 3 weeks as these pieces have readily available fabric options.
UK delivery is available and fulfilled using a tracked courier service. Delivery times may vary depending on location and seasonal demand. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated at the time of order.
Please note:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Alterations or adjustments to patterns will require extra time – to be added onto our usual turnaround time, as appropriate. Please ask for more details at the time of confirmation to ensure we are able to meet your request.
6. Faults & Issues
All garments are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you believe your item is faulty, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving it.
We will request photos of the issue and may ask for the garment to be returned for assessment before a resolution is offered.
Items damaged due to wear, improper care, or unauthorised alterations are not considered faulty.
7. Swatches
Fabric swatches can be requested and are strongly recommended before placing an order.
- Swatches are non-refundable.
- Colours may vary slightly between batches due to the nature of natural fibres and hand-finishing.
8. Product Images & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure our product images and descriptions accurately reflect the item you’ll receive. However, due to screen display variations and natural fabric characteristics, slight differences in colour or texture may occur.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, imagery, logos, and branding — is the property of Christi Anna Lomas and is protected under UK and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of this website or its content without prior written permission.
10. Liability
We take every reasonable care in providing accurate information, secure purchasing and quality garments.
However, we shall not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by external suppliers, shipping companies, or acts of nature.
- Any loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of this website.
- Any allergic reaction or injury resulting from improper use or wear of garments.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
11. Cookies & Data Usage
This website uses cookies to enhance user experience and collect anonymised data for analytics. By using this site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except for the purpose of fulfilling your order (e.g., courier services).
