All Christi Anna Lomas garments are bespoke and made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is confirmed to be faulty.
We strongly recommend ordering a fabric swatch before placing your order to ensure you’re completely happy with the colour, texture and feel of the fabric.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll assess and resolve any problems fairly.
From time to time we may introduce styles which will be available in Limited Edition Fabrics for our Skirts, Dresses, Blouses and Tops.
As these Limited Editions are classed as a made to order (upon demand) garment, our refund policy will remain the same as our standard made to order service.
